An On Approval Service is available by arrangement, costs of postage both ways to be met by the customer. Please note this service is also conditional on the book(s) being returned within 5 to 7 working days, in the original protective packaging and original condition. For example books which are posted back in a manila envelope or loose in a padded post bag or plastic satchel, may receive damage in transit and be returned to the customer with an invoice for payment.
Visits and book displays are available for schools & organizations who wish to purchase resources in Brisbane and South East Queensland. School visits are also available in and round Canberra who wish to purchase. Book in Hand offers an equivalent service to schools and organizations elsewhere through the provision of 15-20 kg boxes of books (conditions apply).
